Shipping & Exchange
How AstroLumina delivers what you purchase, and what happens if you need to exchange it.

Digital delivery only
AstroLumina is an entirely digital service. Everything we offer — subscriptions, reports, tarot readings, birth charts, palm analyses, and daily guidance — is delivered instantly through our web app (astrolumina.app) and mobile apps (iOS, Android).
We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, timelines, postal addresses for purchase, or tracking numbers.
How your purchase is delivered
- Subscriptions (Premium Monthly / Yearly): Premium unlocks immediately after payment — typically within 5–10 seconds. No email delivery or manual activation.
- One-time reports (Kundali, Compatibility, Yearly Roadmap): Reports appear in your account as soon as payment is verified.
- In-app features (birth charts, tarot, palm, daily readings): Generated on demand in real time inside the app.
If payment succeeded but access did not appear within 10 minutes, email hello@astrolumina.app with your payment reference.
Exchanges
Because AstroLumina does not ship physical items, exchanges work like this:
- Wrong plan (Monthly vs Yearly): Contact us within 24 hours for a refund and re-purchase. See our Refund Policy.
- Upgrading Monthly to Yearly: Yearly access starts on purchase date; monthly period is not pro-rated today.
- Report defect: We will re-generate or refund if re-generation is not possible.
Delivery timelines
- Payment to unlock: under 10 seconds in normal conditions
- Worst-case unlock: up to 5 minutes if the webhook is slow; you will not lose paid access
- Report generation: usually under 30 seconds; complex charts up to 2 minutes
International customers
AstroLumina is accessible globally. Payment is processed by Razorpay in your local currency where supported (INR in India; USD internationally). No import duties or cross-border shipping fees apply.
