Shipping & Exchange
How AstroLumina delivers what you purchase, and what happens if you need to exchange it.

Digital delivery only
AstroLumina is an entirely digital service. Everything we offer — subscriptions, reports, tarot readings, birth charts, palm analyses, and daily guidance — is delivered instantly through our web app (astrolumina.app) and mobile apps (iOS, Android).
We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, no shipping timelines, no postal addresses required for purchase, and no tracking numbers.
How your purchase is delivered
- Subscriptions (Premium Monthly / Yearly): Access to Premium features unlocks in your account immediately after a successful payment — typically within 5–10 seconds of payment capture. No email delivery, no manual activation step.
- One-time reports (Kundali, Compatibility, Yearly Roadmap): The generated report appears in your account the moment the payment is verified. You can view and re-open it any time while your account is active.
- In-app features (birth charts, tarot, palm, daily readings): These are generated on demand in real time when you use them. No delivery step; the output appears in the app.
If a purchase confirmation page loaded but your Premium access or report did not appear within 10 minutes, email us at hello@astrolumina.app with the payment reference — we will investigate and restore access promptly.
Exchanges
Because AstroLumina does not ship physical items, there is no exchange-by-post process. The equivalent situations and how we handle them:
- Wrong plan purchased (Monthly vs Yearly): If you bought the wrong plan by mistake and contact us within 24 hours, we will refund the purchase and let you re-buy the plan you intended. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Upgrading from Monthly to Yearly: Buy the Yearly plan at any time; your new yearly access starts from the purchase date. Your existing monthly period is not currently pro-rated, so upgrading is most cost-efficient near the end of your monthly cycle.
- Report with material defect:If a purchased report fails to generate or is missing content, email us and we will re-generate the report at no charge, or refund the purchase if re-generation isn't possible.
Delivery timelines
- Payment capture to feature unlock: under 10 seconds in normal conditions
- Worst-case payment-to-unlock: up to 5 minutes if the Razorpay webhook takes an unusually long path; entitlement is granted idempotently, so you will never lose what you paid for
- Report generation: typically under 30 seconds; complex charts up to 2 minutes
International customers
AstroLumina is accessible globally. Payment is processed in your local currency where supported (INR for customers in India via Razorpay; USD for international customers via Stripe). There are no import duties, taxes, or cross-border shipping fees because nothing physical crosses any border.
